During the COVID-19 pandemic, Klimt served as a subcontractor through the Fair Housing Foundation, providing outreach and one-on-one application assistance for both the LA County Rent Relief Program and the California COVID-19 Rent Relief Program (Housing is Key). We covered LA County, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, and assisted residents calling in from across the state.

Klimt serves as a subcontractor and technical assistance provider through The Center by Lendistry, the prime contractor for the LA County Emergency Rent Relief Program. We are listed as an official program partner and assist residents across LA County with navigating the application process, gathering required documentation, and completing their submissions from start to finish.

Klimt was selected as a Technical Assistance Provider for the LA County Household Relief Grant, providing application assistance at both FEMA sites: UCLA Research Park West and the Altadena Disaster Recovery Center. The program disbursed $31.79 million to 3,425 funded applications across Los Angeles County.

HUD Programs
Klimt served as HUD Program Administrator for the City of Huntington Park, managing over $9 million in federal grant funding across CDBG, HOME, and CDBG-CV programs. Supported programs included public services, rent relief, small business assistance, code enforcement, senior meals, and street rehabilitation. Responsibilities included Annual Action Plans, CAPER reports, labor compliance, fiscal management, RFP evaluation, and City Council presentations.
Veterans
Klimt supports outreach and veteran enrollment for a free multi-sensory resilience program through the Reality Center in Santa Monica. The program uses light, sound, and vibration therapy in a guided three-hour experience to help veterans improve sleep, lower stress and anxiety, boost nervous system balance, and reduce pain, all at no cost to participants.

Regulatory
Klimt served as Regulatory Compliance Consultant for the City of Commerce, providing planning, land use, applicant relations, and zoning support services as supplemental staffing for the City's Commercial Cannabis Permit program.
